Can you imagine setting the world record for the fastest 6speed Corvette your FIRST time at the track?! This guy can – and he’s got nothing but room to improve. He hasn’t even hooked up the nitrous yet! What does it take to become the fastest 6speed Corvette? Well besides one hell of a driver mod – you’ll find a stroker 5.3L with a MASSIVE F1-x Procharger strapped to it, and lots of fuel of course! We can’t wait to see more from this car next time we’re in Charlotte!

SWEDISH No Prep Racing! The big boys come out to play now that the No Prep style of racing has spread long ways outside of the United States all the way to SWEDEN! The street cars have their own No Prep series on an air strip outside of Stockholm. At this event we found a bunch of fast cars! Nitrous Monza, Blown Nova & Twin turbo Opel just to mention a few.
Drag Week 2017 – Day 0 Highlights!
Hot Rod Drag Week is back in FULL swing for 2017! Starting at Cordova International Raceway we pulled up to a PACKED raceway overflowing with Die Hard Street Cars piloted by Die Hard Racers! We could not be more excited and ready to dive into the insanity that is Drag Week! Traveling to 4 Tracks across over 1,000 mile, in 5 days time, this GRUELING test of endurance is one of the greatest challenges out there for the Street Car Community! With Day 0 only being Tech/Registration and Test & Tune, there have already been plenty of obstacles for many of the racers. There are many days ahead and we hope to see as many people as possible complete the full journey!
Big Block VEGA WAGON Doesn’t Disappoint!
You KNOW you’re in for a good time when you see wheelie bars, and big tires on an old station-wagon at a drag strip. Sure enough, it’s first pass down the track brought smiles to ALL of our faces – pulling the wheels and doing a double-wheelie effortlessly! This car has come a long ways, and we can’t wait to see it again soon!
Rocky Mountain Race Week 2017 – Day 1 Highlights!
1320Video is back at Rocky Mountain Race Week 2017! To kick things off, we land in Kearney, Nebraska for the first day of testing. Many of these racers have only finished their cars the night before and are running on little or no sleep, so this is the perfect opportunity to dial in their street machines. The temperatures this week are going to be a blistering 90-100 degrees which makes for a challenge for these drivers and the long journey ahead of them. Racers such as Larry Larson and Doug Cline making 2-3,000 horsepower really have their work cut out of them managing the heat of the day!
NEW TT Corvette 1/2 Mile Record
This has to be one of the NASTIEST Corvette’s we’ve seen all year! Rockin’ a badass pair of 88mm turbo’s and some aggressive aero, this Morris Malone MONSTER had no problem breezing past 200mph and then some. Strolling past the starting line and SCREAMING down the runway of Pikes Peak Airstrip Attack in Colorado Springs, CO, this Vette hasn’t even gotten started! We can’t believe he was still able to hit these speeds when he had THAT MUCH LAG! This car was an absolute masterpiece to behold, and we can’t wait to see what it’s capable of when it’s ALL IN!
This MINT 2,300hp Chevelle Just STOMPED Everyone!
Be careful headphone users – This B*TCH is LOUD! This methanol powered, 572ci big-block MINT Chevelle sporting a MASSIVE F-11 Blower was the center of attention at this springs KOTS no-prep as it just stomped everyone in it’s class (unlimited)! It’s almost hard to watch such an IMMACULATE car risk it all on slick track! Luckily they kept er’ straight and came out on top..congrats to the team on a badass build and an impressive victory!
This Wagon CANNOT Stop Doing WHEELIES!
Andy Reynolds and his Chevy Malibu Wagon can usually be found at any given no prep finding traction where other’s can’t! Pass after pass, this Nitrous fed ANIMAL of a wagon can be seen carrying the wheels down the drag strip of Kansas International Dragway! Taking hold of the competition in No Prep Mayhem’s True Street class, the Reynolds Wagon held it’s own against an onslaught of turbo setups. Advancing through rounds with the wheels up is how you put on a show! We’ve never seen this car so dialed in!
